Welcome to Conjogo. This application is offered by Don Projetos, CNPJ 49.865.878/0001-89, headquartered in Brazil at Rua Vereador Germano Luiz Vieira, No. 6457, Itajaí - Santa Catarina, hereinafter referred to as “we” or “our”.
By using this application, the user agrees to these Terms of Use and the associated Privacy Policy.
Conjogo aims to assist language learning through the practice and memorization of verb conjugations. Usage can be free or through paid plans that offer additional features when available.
The user may create an account by providing their name and email. This information is not required for basic use but is necessary to access paid plan features, save progress, and ensure account security. The user agrees to provide accurate information and keep their password confidential.
Conjogo is available exclusively through the Android app on Google Play and the web platform accessible via modern browsers. There is no official version for iOS devices or other app stores besides Google Play.
The app may locally store, in the user's browser or device, the following data: country, language, interface theme preference, and browser information. This data is not collected by the developers or the platform and is only used to personalize the user experience.
In-app purchases, subscriptions, or donations are processed via Stripe, a third-party platform. Payments within the app are handled exclusively by Stripe, using credit or debit cards. Even when using the app through Google Play, transactions are redirected to Stripe and not processed directly by the store.
Stripe may collect full name, email, credit or debit card number, country, and ZIP code.
The collection, storage, and protection of this data are the sole responsibility of Stripe, in accordance with its privacy policy: https://stripe.com/privacy.
We use Google AdSense and Google AdMob to display advertisements. These platforms may collect preference data, browsing behavior, device identifiers, cookies, and usage data to show more relevant ads.
Certain app features, such as access to rewarded features, depend on ad display (“reward ads”). Therefore, to fully use the app, the user must consent to the use of these services and related data collection.
Consent is requested clearly and explicitly on the first app access through a notice window (“pop-up”) informing about the use of ads and cookies. By clicking “Accept,” the user agrees to the use described in this policy.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect as soon as they are published in the app or on the official website.
We may suspend or terminate the account of any user who violates these Terms, at our discretion, without prior notice.
The app is provided “as is,” without warranties of continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free operation. We are not responsible for direct or indirect losses resulting from the use of the platform.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. In case of disputes, the chosen jurisdiction is the court of Itajaí / SC, waiving any other, no matter how privileged.
